How to Place Your Order?
1.1, Enquiry
If you are interested in any of our products, or have a custom requirement of the handbag or evening bags and clutches, please email or fax us your detailed inquiries, which should including at least item numbers(or custom designs), quantity, size, colors, and your own logo are accepted.   
The easiest way is to submit your enquiry by our inquiry system or click the link of “Contact Us”.
Our qualified sales will respond your enquiry within 24 hours.
1.2, Detailed Instructions:
For the products shown in the Products section we can quote you prices immediately.
For Modified or Custom Designed Evening Handbags and Clutches, we need to receive full information (see below) before we can quote you.
1.2.1, If you are re-ordering Previously Purchased Handbags and Evening Clutches:
Please just send us your new purchase order.
Note: Due to the international market fluctuations and reasons beyond our company’s control we reserve the right to change our prices without any prior notice. In such case you will be promptly notified at the time we receive your purchase order.
1.2.2, If you are selecting from our original products:
i. Please send us the Enquiry.
ii. We will provide you with a Quotation.
iii. If you would need Samples, please send us your Sample Request Form.
iv. We will make and ship you the Samples by EMS or other Express company(courier charges for buyer's account).
v. After You approve the Samples then send us your Purchase Order based on our Quotation.
1.2.3, If you want to modify or design your own Handbags and Evening Clutches:
i. Please refer to the “Sample Order” section for details.
ii. After you approve the Samples then send us your Purchase Order based on our Quotation.
2.0, Sample Orders
Sample Requirements:
Please send us the original samples with “Samples modification requirements” or send us your drawings or photos with detailed instructions, measurements and fabric description.
Copyrighted samples order will require an original license or letter of authorization.
For color authentication, PANTONE formula guide should be provided.
Payment for Samples:
1. For first cooperation, we will Charge clients samples and shipping cost. The sample fee will full return when bulk order confirmed.
2. For old customer, we can send you new designs by EMS free. But Free samples not including Crystal Evening Bags, because all Crystal Evening Bags are not cheap.
You can pay the sample orders by PayPal, ESCROW or MoneyBookers.
Please advise us of your international courier import A/C No. when you order samples.
3.0, Bulk Orders:
3.1, Order Acceptance
Your purchase order must be based on our quotation. Upon receipt of your purchase order we will issue Proforma Invoice within 3 working days, if you have not heard from us within the time, please contact us immediately.
3.2, Minimum Quantity
The minimum order quantity depends on the model of the handbags and Evening Clutches; you will see the MOQ in the products description.
3.3, Business Terms
Accepted Delivery Terms:  FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW
Accepted Payment Currency:   USD, EUR, GBP
Accepted Payment Type:   T/T, L/C, PayPal

3.4, Production Time
Usually the production time is 30-45 days; however, the time may vary according to the order quantity.
3.5, Payment Terms
Payment of orders must be made to our HK Bank Account: HungHee Industrial Limited
1) TT: 30% Deposit, 70% Balance Paid Before Shipment.
2) L/C: 30% Deposit, and 70% By Irrevocable L/C at sight.
3.6, Shipping Methods: Ocean Shipping, DHL if necessary.
All shipments are offered on a FOB port unless the buyer has been specifically quoted other terms. We usually ship goods from Guangzhou. The buyer may nominate the freight forwarder or cargo can be sent through our own network of freight forwarders. We can assist you with competitive rates upon your request.
3.7, Export Documents
We normally offer following documents with our export shipments:
1. Commercial Invoice;
2. Packing List;
3. Bill of Lading or Air Way Bill;
Any additional Document(s) and/or Certificate(s) should be requested with your purchase order.
